Elizabeth is a past Chair of the South-west London Tax Discussion
Group for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
She is also her Institute's representative on the South-west London
'Working Together' group, a forum set up jointly by H M Revenue &
Customs and the tax professional bodies to improve and act as a
watch-dog for the operational side of the tax system. Elizabeth is
also the Secretariat for the Working Together Professional Group
which comprises senior representatives from each of the tax
professional bodies who liaise with each local Working Together
group and which comments on the operational side of the tax system
and makes reports to the Board of H M Revenue & Customs.
Elizabeth contributes to articles in the tax press and is a member
of several business communities in South-west London and the City.
She speaks French, Spanish and Italian and is a Liveryman of a City
Livery Company and maintains close ties professionally and
personally with the City.
